Three out of four times I ride down West Allen Street, a squad car is blocking the bike lane.

This bike lane is also uncomfortable to use, because it's on the wrong side of the street, requiring crossing traffic upon enter and exit. Furthermore, it is inconvenient because it's very short and does not connect to any other bike infrastructure.
