On 113 turning right on 63 there are white lines on shoulder . Impatient people zoom over the white lines to turn instead of waiting until they get to the clear shoulder mark to get into the right turn lane. Police need to patrol there for a while and maybe people will pay attention. Those white lines are not meant to be ignored. People that actually follow the lines are honked at and given the finger. Drivers need to slow down and follow the rules. They are there for everyone.
