This property at 33 Truman has a 2 (going on 3) buildup of debris in front of the house. The residents bagged up their leaves but the rain busted them open so they put them in trash bags. Now they also put some cardboard on top and an old rug, so PW is definitely not picking up. Please forward the appropriate department to address.
