This may not be in the scope of the construction, but I really wish the signal could be retimed during construction Allowing thru vehicles on WB Broadway while turning right off of Ames is legal would be smart and efficient during construction

Also, adding an except bicycle sign to the no turn on red sign for EB Broadway would be extremely smart Bicyclists turning right have to cross the road, so they really should only be going on the bicycle green
