There are large trash bags, large pieces of cardboard, and loose trash piled high on the curbstrip in front of 28 Truman Street. These items were put out their by residents the afternoon of Monday 2/21 - 3 days ago!!! Please have this addressed as their garbage will soon be strewn throughout the neighborhood. Thank you.
