There is collected and bagged trash and clippings near the RR tracks on the Southeast corner of Broadway & Redwood. Whoever has been attempting to clean this area should be assisted by the pickup of both the trash bags and the overgrown foliage cuttings that have been neatly placed, before people begin tearing open the trash bags renewing the messy problem.
