S. What is the obstruction?

S. Please describe the obstruction.
J. Traveling west on Poole rd approaching the intersection of Old Poole rd there is a tree branch overhanging Poole rd. This tree branch is causing a limited sight distance on the stop light. By the time I see the light is red I have to slam on brakes.
