I will be taking this to City Hall, this has been open for over a year and nothing has been done. I will be putting the city on notice, that if I flatten a tire due to the metal storm water covers above grade, I will bring a lawsuit aganist the city and the code department. All four of the entrances have the same erosion issues as stayed in the requests that are still open. This is unacceptable.
