About 5 years ago signs were posted on the east side of Morris, across the street from McCollum Elementary school stating that there is no parking or standing on the street from 7:30 to 8:30 am and 2:30 to 3:30 pm on week days. These signs have been totally ignored ever since they were installed, and have never been enforced by the Albuquerque Police Department, even though I have asked the police to enforce them 3 times in the past because of almost hitting a child jay walking as they come out between the parked cars. Since the signs are not being enforced or obeyed, please remove them.
