Submitted a request that disappeared for this location, and in its place was a report for a location on Kennedy Drive that was not what was submitted. Description read as follows:

Property has a foul odor coming from it always, the doors are bulked full of items as well as the house inside and outside. Overall terrible conditions.

Made reports to Health Department and Social Services.

Really bad conditions - neighbor can contest to this.
