J. The mulched trail sections in Legacy Creek Woods have not had any maintenance this year. The mulched trail is overgrown in areas with thorny bushes, tons of invasive thistle, and large spreading mushroom fungi (mushroom fungi on the end toward the 131st entrance). The dusty spores create a health hazard. The blacktop section was completely overgrown at the intersection of the mulch and blacktop, however, the blacktop and sides of that short section did get mowed (by city or resident is not known). The blacktop has many plant growth breakthroughs causing raised and cracked areas. There is a dead tree right next to the trail that is leaning against another tree that looks hazardous (photo included). Thank you.
