  Yep, active freshly re-dug up rat burrows, with lots a man made litter around it like dipping sauce packets and bar snack wrappers. Need to gas all these burrows all at once and immediately, or it’s just a whack a mole. This is rat haven, needs to be treated now.

  More signs of rat activity, with several more holes just outside the small park, and by the adjacent condo building. All holes have a few sauce packets left around them. One beside the large green transformer(?) under the concrete slab. Another between the condo building and the green door basement entrance, going into and under the condo building. This entire area needs immediate and large-scale extermination effort done, locating all burrow holes inside AND outside AND around this small park.
