Right infront of Dollar tree near Pepboys there was a green ford econoline van with a large white freezer inside. Double side doors wide open with an 40+ year old black male selling steak and rib meat. He asked us if we wanted some meat from his dirty old van. It looked like he worked at a meat packing company as he was wearing an appron and rubber boots.

I'm sure this is a health violation but he preys on the poor during the first week of the month when welfare queens cash they check to feed they babies.
