Agreed. There is also a visual issue here as when youre eastbound you have a fence to the north and a house to the south. When youre westbound, there is an overhung tree and a house. I live nearby and use that intersection frequently. 77th Street gets a lot of traffic as a go-between of 39th Avenue and all the businesses on Pershing Boulevard. Given the increased traffic, and the visibility issues, east-west stopsigns are warranted. In order to cross through this intersection safely, youre darn near stopped anyway.
