Sharraxaadda

This odor started last January and it has made me very ill. it smells like someone is smoking crack or some kind of drug. it is coming thur the walls in my house. i spoke with someone from Curtis Jones office but that went no where. Police came but i can not get anyone to come when i smell the odor to help me idenfity the odor. Where do i go for help?
