Just drove home on Jewett Avenue. Have to look across the street in my residential neighborhood at this large commercial cab and trailer from Mota Commercial trucking parked in a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood. Has been parking just below the Catholic center and senior center for OVER THREE YEARS! Have been reporting it for three years yet mayor Ganium and the Bridgeport police have done NOTHING to remove this commercial vehicle from a residential neighborhood. Taxpayers in the north – we are getting raped because we are paying taxes and we are getting NOTHING from Mayor Ganium or HIS police Department. He is up for reelection. Vote FOR ANYONE ELSE! This commercial vehicle parking in residential neighborhoods in the north end is just one example of what we have been complaining about for over three years. Mayor Ganium has allowed the north end to turn into a commercial tractor trailer parking lot! He cares nothing about north end taxpayers!
