I believe one of the restaurants across the street my be using their lot after they close for parking.

This is not the first time that cars blocked the sidewalk...it happens on a regular basis, if not nightly.

This is not just an evening problem or an issue during events at the Aragon. Blocking of the sidewalk happens during business hours at Just Tiers.
