During the night hours and early morning hours, people drive through the Alley to avoid traffic; however, they do it at a very fast speed... More than 25mph.

My neighbors and I tell them to please slow down, but they get mad at us.

On Thursday December, a green Lexus was driving down the alley at a high speed. He saw my husband and child on our front door and started honking to make sure they got out of his way. They were standing on the narrow sidewalk.
Car did not lower speed,and kept honking until it stopped in the corner. It was an older man driving a preschool-aged kid to the head start program. The child was sitting in the front seat.
These alley needs a speed limit sign along with a big nice "ONE WAY ONLY" sign!
