Sharraxaadda

There has been a car, I think a Toyota, sitting in the front lawn of a house for months. I've called the city since it against the ordinance and gotten no response and talked to the home owner who acted like he didn't understand. There's grass growing around the car and it's rusting away. Quite an eyesore.
