Help resolve this with a comment, image or video...Some dog walkers pick up doggy do in plastic bags and then just drop it on sidewalk. What are they thinking? Also many dog walkers let their dogs urinate/mark right on my planters of pachysandra, pyracantha and ivy. That urine as it dries becomes stronger and kills the plants. Again what are they thinking or when did they give up any attempt at proper neighborly behavior and trash the work of those of us who go to the trouble of beautifying the streetscape.
