  I have been working with a GDOT timing contractor and asked them to take a look at this intersection and see if they could address and resolve the issue you are experiencing. They have gotten back with me and said that they have made some adjustments to the timing and the overall programming and they believe this should shorten the wait time noticeably. I will be going out to this intersection periodically to see the changes first hand. I will leave this ticket open until I have visited the intersection a few times to make sure the changes are effective. If I see the changes in person I will close this ticket and any new issues or concerns can be reported on a new ticket.
