Sharraxaadda

Am currently experiencing young drivers on Pennington Bend Road playing their boom stereos loudly. This noise can be heard from as far away as a half mile. The current ordinance states 50 ft or more is illegal. Police are unable to do anything about it, which is understandable. Tired of noise assaults all day and all night. It shakes our home and can be heard even when the central air, appliances, shower, etc are running.
