I have the same comment…undeveloped plot of dirt and trash where Central Park is supposed to be, just south of the sports stable….and I’ve been waiting since one of the first residents of Downtown Superior in November 2017. We were lied to by developers on the construction time table. But now there’s enough residents to get Central Park, along with the two dedicated dog parks, started and completed asap. I don’t care if you’re waiting on something. The time is way past now to stop looking at this mud pit, eroding dirt, and trash.

+1 I would love to have this area developed. Now that all the homes in this section are completed, it would be nice to finish out all of Phase One. I notice that the developers have been focusing on phases where they are no homes built yet.
