  The Raimondi park is inaccessible due to these campers. The park should be a shared resource for all residents in the area but currently it has been monopolized by the campers. Please clean the streets of Oakland near parks and the city should enforce the encampment policy.

  Several RV's have been tagged but never removed. What is taking the city so long to enforce their own policies. I understand that there limitations put in place that makes some enforcement difficult, such as being required to store a persons belongings, but how about for items that are not within the confines of a person's domain or property. Litter that is on public property should be removed. The sidewalks should be clear and the park should not be littered with so much trash and debris.

  Oakland City Council unanimously voted to approve the Encampment Management Policy. Under the new rules, homeless people won’t be allowed to set up camp within 150 feet of a middle school, preschool or child care center, or within 100 feet of high schools, or within 50 feet from homes, businesses, public parks and places of worship, or within 25 feet of a homeless shelter.
