Sharraxaadda

The helicopter and airplane noise over Lake Merritt area has reached
very uncomfortable levels. Also this seems to be a fairly new phenomenon !
The helicopters buzzing overhead is extremely obnoxious. Please explain why
there has to be such a presence of these helicopters and airplanes.
