Sharraxaadda

There was work done in my neighborhood the summer of 2011. This work included removing a section of the road and then repaving the road. The end result left a paved road that is very uneven and incomplete as the paving company only paved half of the road. The same problem exist on Isaac Hunter Dr, and Emily Hope Dr. I am not sure if this work is on hold due to lack of funding for the project, I really hope so as this would be better than knowing that the D.O.T. considers these roads complete. I am afraid that this will ultimately lower home values in this development and contribute to a failed road system if left incomplete. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
