The fencing along Collins Avenue that runs the length of where the Deauville Hotel once stood is beyond disgusting and a disgrace and disrespect to the residents of North Beach and makes the already shabby neighborhood look even worse.
The owners of the property have caused enough harm to the area by allowing the once beautiful building to fall into disrepair and now continue to shame the neighborhood with the property fence.
Do something good and let the community enjoy the access to the ocean or at least have a decent pedestrian experience.
