Thank you for providing this picture.
As you probably know, this issue is one that we've been dealing with for some time now. I will contact the Inspectional Services Department to ascertain any information relative to previous graffiti, I will contact the QPD to alert them that the problem has resurfaced, and I will see if the DPW is able to work with the property owner to remove it.
