Sharraxaadda

Brown and white dog has been out every day. Always laying in road or running up and down the street. Leg has now healed wrong and it drags it behind him. Please take this dog from the home as the owners are not taking care of it. Seems to be left out roaming for days at a time. Always hungry and going into others yards.
