Sharraxaadda

For well over a month, brown water has been sprouted up from the ground in the backyard of a house two houses up on the left of the drug rehab place on Ella Grasso Blvd. There is a big tree on the right and I am afraid if this situation continues, the water will rot the roots of the tree and it will fall on the property which is behind it. Also, the water attracts mosquitoes. Is it river water? Is it sewerage? Something has to be done about it. Call me with any questions. Please act soon.
