This is a huge problem, I sure hope someone is running in November that will address it.

The neighborhood and park can't really be enjoyed anymore. And just wait until the dirt bikes start driving through pedestrians and making ear splitting noise when you're out walking. What's been allowed to happen here is simultaneously sad, embarrassing, shameful, and maddening.
