The pharmacy sign has been removed :-), but the same issue applies to the Recreation Center sign (also on a utility pole, also in public right-of-way). But in addition, this sign is unlawful because it mimicks an "official"sign, with brown background reserved for official recreation and cultural sites like State Parks.
Please see that the brown sign is removed.
