Property owner is running an illegal, unregistered apartment house. The owner is renting individual rooms, AND an in-law suite. There are 3- 4 renters and each tenant owns one or two vehicles that block the street. The number of people that are trafficked through this property is a blight on the neighborhood and presents a big safety concern.

The owner should be cited and forced to shut down this illegal business.
