they are blasting music, doubled parked , drinking in public, blocking the street in case, and worst of all, driving back from where they came drunk. I see they are two open reports, and nothing was done. this is ridiculous. I have a young baby. and I don't even live near the house, and we could hear it. what could be done. If the police or anyone comes to resolve this.
