CATS vehicles, both buses and vans are traveling WELL above the posted speed limits in the "Bus Lanes" of Independence Freeway. I've personally called CATS on numerous days with specific bus numbers, driver descriptions and it typically goes unanswered. I personally called the State DOT to inquire about the speed limits and did they apply to the enclosed "Bus Lanes". The answer was yes they do! I think this would make a great Investigative Report by WBTV clocking thoss vehicles.
