Sharraxaadda

This property on the corner of 8th and Annin Street has been vacant for as long as we’ve owned our home. As of at least March 8, 2012 the street level side door on Annin Street has been forced open, making the structure very accessible. The door cannot be closed from the outside, so there have been several people in there that have caused alarm to our neighbors. Not only is the open door inviting squatters, but I am afraid that neighborhood children, including my own, will wander in to the property while playing.
