I have heard there is a graffiti cleanup team. Our alley between 2100 and 2200 blocks of maplewood and rosewood has numerous tags that are unsightly and derogatory. What can be done?

4/19/2012 Thank you so much for sharing your communications with the City of Richmond government. In order for the City of Richmond to provide Graffiti Removal service for private property, the property owner or the authorized agent "must" complete a Consent to Release Form and submit it to the Public Works Offices at City Hall. No removal can take place without this form being on file at the City Hall offices. Once the form is on file, you can make requests for the Graffiti Removal service to take place.
