The Midwood Deli is either a front itself (note the consistent rotting state of the produce outside -- no one would buy that) or at least provides a place for drug dealers to make connections. They stand and scan for cars pulling up, the car drives off, then someone is dispatched to go and make a sale. It's been this way for years -- we've asked police who don't seem interested.
