These are toters left curbside from the 66 West Street residence (at corner of West) on the Frank Street side. Trash pick up was Wednesday and it is Friday. I think they missed the pick up. Tenants/landlord should be notified to remove from curb until next pick up and properly sort garbage & recyclables, before this ends up all over the neighborhood.
