Old C&K hotel at 3711 14th St. NW on the east side of the street. Unsecured rear door which allows vagrants access. Large piles of debris mixed with liquor bottles and furnishings inside. Significant amounts of rodent activity observed inside. Numerous piles of human waste also in random areas of the building. Numerous observed used condoms indicating prostitution. Also significant anounts of drug paraphernalia in various locations indicating drug use.

Building needs to be resecured. Documentation available by MPD of individuals found on the premises.
