So all but 1/4 of Colony Rd in Seymour plans to be repaved. Why? The area left out is as horrendous as the area scheduled for repair. The neighborhood is livid as taxpayers. I guess our argument will have to be voiced come this November!

DAMAGED Vehicle (Martida)
I live not far within the Ansonia side having to use the entire stretch of Colony more than a few times a week for egress. It is unfortunate that I have an Insurance policy & private lawyer involved with full documentation isolating and tracing the fact my auto suspension and alloy wheel on my vehicle were severely damaged due to some major hazards in the subject roadway. The town can pay due diligence now or keep paying legal costs later when a notice of appearance is served. Sorry.......taxes X 10 is the formula for neglected roads and zero federal & state funding. Ansonia has earmarked dollars to revamp roads and sidewalks ASAP.
