Herbert Street was widened a couple of years ago,and in the process part of my paved driveway was torn up and replaced the seam joining the old to the new is coming apart and was supposed to be repaired last year,but never was, it still needs to be repaired, I do not think that I should be the one to fix it. 30 Herbert St
