3711 14th St NW. Vacant building that has been left unsecured despite repeated requests for DCRA or DPW to rescue it. Drug activity occurring inside the location. I have arrested and been assaulted by individuals entering the property for the purposes of drug use. Documentation available along with OUC records. Previous request was closed out with the excuse that it was a business which it isn't.
