Sharraxaadda

I was attempting to turn left onto Stony Brook Rd.from 25. The red arrow never turned green. I waited through 6 traffic pattern lights for 15 minutes. The cars behind me were all turning around. I was the first car at the intersection. I am there quite often and knew the red arrow was not working.
