Sharraxaadda

On any given night, late at night... about 3am'ish there is always a group of people congregated on the front porch of this house arguing, jib jabbing and whatnot. At times it gets loud.

There is also an abundant amount of foot traffic in and out of the porch area. At times, a smaller group of these guys go around to the back of the house for a few minutes to do who knows what. They also use the side of the house as a urinal.

This may be a matter for vice to look into.
