Good public art policy means a diversity of works and styles. You may find this work ugly (I do not) but the next bit of public art may be something that you love and I cannot stand! This art is working to make the underpass more interesting.

Ugly or not, this no longer exists. Way better to see close up head shots of people in the community than territorial tags. Looking forward to the next project here. Stay creative, people of New Haven!
