Saturdays, for the last several weeks, sees contractors' vehicles parking on the P St NW sidewalk to do interior renovations on the units at the rear of 1500 North Capitol Street NW (facing P St NW). No work done during the week, and appears to include structural elements, HVAC, ductwork, floors, ceilings, walls, plumbing and electricity.
