Sharraxaadda

Every day when I walk by there, there is always varying amounts of rotting food, and other waste thrown on top of this compost box. The compost box is right on the corner next to both the sidewalks of Boyett and Church. The placement, sight, and smell make this an eyesore and nose sore on an area that is heavily trafficked.
