Light in the west alley in 900 block of West 49th Street is still out, Multiple break-ins and thefts have occurred since light has been out. This issue has been reported before and The City of Richmond reported this issue closed and fixed but it's still pitch dark. Please correct this or let us know what we can do to make it safer. Thanks!
