Hello, Phase 2 of the Rail Trail Landscaping installation will begin very soon. This work will closely resemble the improvements installed last year between NW 8th Ave and NW 16th Ave.
As a part of the installation, short duration closures will be needed at times to move materials into place. However, for a majority of the installation cones and other measures will be encountered to protect trail users from hazards such as nearby trenches. I apologize for any confusion the Variable Message Boards may have caused. The message will be revised in the very near future, if they haven't already, that should clarify.
